Guidelines

- All the payment and process of the commission are through the platform Ko-fi. If you don't wish to use it, you can contact me via email ([email protected]), and we will arrange the payment via PayPal. All the payment is upfront before starting the commission.- The estimated time for a commission is between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on the difficulty of the character. I always aim to provide the best quality to the client.- The style of the commission can be seen in the gallery or through my socials; do not expect something different.- I only work with existing characters; I do not work on designing new characters for the commissions.- Refunds are only possible if I haven't started working on your commission; then a full refund is possible.

Process and add-ons

- Once the payment has been made, I will contact you with 2 or 3 sketches, where you will choose one to continue the commission. After I finish it, you will receive those sketches as well as the full final color version at a resolution of A3 (may vary depending on the composition) with no background. Animals or familiars and weapons do not have any additional cost.- Add-on: Each type of commission has different prices for the add-on; those are extra character and background.

What I draw

- Original characters (OCs), fanart (anime characters, games, animated series, comics, etc.)
- Mecha or Machines.
- All races from Dungeons & Dragons or Daggerheart.
- NSFW.
- LGBTIQA+ characters.

What I don't draw

- NSFW of any underage character.
- Real people.
- Copies of other artists' art or style.

Usage rights.When you commission Debinick, you agree to all the terms of service.The commissions are only for non-commercial use. The client can use the artwork to post it online, use it as a token on social media and TTRPG games, and send it to other artists for other commissions. Under any circumstances, commissions may be used as a commercial item.If a commission is canceled after the initial sketches, Debinick retains the right to not have a refund. If the client is not satisfied with the final result, a refund will not be available.Prohibit uses of the commission:- Used it as an NFT.- Used it to train an IA or any IA-related use.- Gain monetary profit from it in any possible way.- Use the artwork for selling purposes or marketing.Note: If you have any doubt about what you can or can not do, please email me at [email protected] to clarify.
